Handset returns must include original packaging with all original kit components. ATTN: Returns Note: 1) We recommend that you use a pre-paid shipping service (i.e. no CODs) that provides a tracking system (for example, FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail through the U.S. Postal Service). 2) This address is ONLY intended for product returns. No written correspondence should be sent to this address. 3) U Drop We Repair will not accept packages that arrive “postage due.” 4) U Drop We Repair is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages. Products returned that do not comply with this Policy, including products returned more than 30 days after purchase, will not qualify for a refund and may be shipped back to you at your expense. Please allow up to eight weeks to receive your credit card refund. Your refund will be applied to the credit card account that your purchase was initially charged. We do not warrant any of (but not limited to) the following conditions: A) Battery charge time and battery capacity (unless the item is sold as NEW), B) Damage caused by an exposure to water, C) Damage caused by excessive heat, D) Damage caused by improper use of an adaptor/charger or voltage, E) Any software-related issues due to an user upgrade or installation, F) Any other physical damages caused by dropping or improper use of force applied to the item.
